Thamesis Point

Thamesis Point is the last major residential development site in Thamesmead, and one of the most important development opportunites in the Thames Gateway. The site has substantial natural assets with a prominent 1.25 kilometre riverwalk along the Thames, lake and canal side frontages and access to the adjacent Thamesmead town centre and future Tripcock Park.

Tilfen Land intend that the development should be an outstanding example of the best contemporary urban design which embraces the principles of 'New Urbanism' and advances the agenda of sustainable urban communities. Our appointment is to prepare a Strategic Landscape Masterplan for the whole site and undertake detail design of the river frontage and major public and open spaces for this 2000 residential unit development which will be implemented over the next 10 years.
