The improvements which required Faculty approval by the Diocese included new and enhanced paving, a labyrinth feature, new planting and lighting. The project was completed in 2015 and has since enjoyed increasing popularity. It has created a popular space for quiet relaxation and demonstrates how contemporary landscape design can help to enhance historic environments and create spaces that respond to the requirements of today’s users.
